Time:  9AM – 12PM

Event:  Antenna Show & Tell

Who:  Everyone is invited!

As any experienced Ham will tell you your antenna is a major factor on how well you can “Get Out” with your radio. UHF, VHF and HF communications are all dependent on having a good antenna. Many of you have already upgraded your HT antennas to something much better than the stock antenna.

Our “Antenna Show and Tell” is designed to give everyone a chance to try out different antennas on their rigs.

Everyone is encouraged to bring their own radios set up for remote operation and to bring a few of your favorite antennas to demonstrate and share. Whether commercial or homemade we want to see and hear about what you have and how it works.

The more unusual or homemade the better!

Your name brand antennas are also welcome. It gives people a chance to test something they have been reluctant to purchase.

If you’re new to Ham radio, then this is a great opportunity to look at tried and true antenna solutions that you might want to consider.

UHF, VHF, HF, J-Poles, Yagis, Discones, Wire, Low-Power, High Power and Dipoles antennas are all welcome!

Ham radio is all about sharing your experiences regardless of how long you have been a Ham!

See you there! -Alan KG6TGF
