The MVARC/GTARC Field Day and Picnic

Set-up will begin at 8:00 AM
11:00 AM – Lunch will be around Noon

MVARC will provide pizza, condiments, water and ice. You and your family are
welcome. If you wish, please bring a side dish or dessert you would like to share.
There will be space for several portable radio stations. If you wish to set up a
station you will need a table and chairs for yourself and spectators. There are trees and a limited number of shade structures available, but no power. Please be sure there are no tripping or RF exposure hazards with your equipment!
Volunteer Examiners can be available if you or anyone you know would wish to
become a Ham or upgrade an existing license. Please let us know in advance so we can be sure to have enough VEs available. Radio programming will also be available.
Please join us for a day of fun, good food and “Hamming!”
